Shipping and Product Delivery
All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped UPS Ground. From receipt of order, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
International orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service. Customers will be notified through e-mail of all shipping charges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a delay, you will be contacted. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box numbers.

Custom Orders
Original art, posters and prints are packed and shipped with special packaging materials (i.e., plexiglass, cardboard, styrofoam) and may require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted if additional charges are assessed. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange, or full refund within 14 days from receipt. Credit Card purchases will be assessed a $25.00 charge back fee.

If your order was shipped via UPS, call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).
If a damaged package is discovered while still in the UPS system, a damage report will be issued, the shipper of record will be notified, and the package will be returned to the shipper if transportable.
After a damage is reported to UPS, what should I do with the merchandise?
Hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS.
How long does the claim process take?
Upon receipt of the claim by UPS, a check is typically issued and mailed to the shipper of record within five business days.
